Door and window sealing strips are a type of sealing strip mainly used for building decoration doors and windows such as plastic steel doors and windows, aluminum alloy doors and windows, wooden doors and windows.

The plastic steel door and window seals on the market are generally extruded from materials such as PVC, modified PVC, EPDM, elastomeric seals (including TPV, TPE, TPR, SEBS), silicone, etc.

Door and window sealing strips are divided into three categories in terms of usage: glass sealing strips (adhesive strips), door leaf and door frame sealing strips, and wool strips. Glass sealing strips are used to seal between glass and leaves and frames, door leaf and door frame sealing strips are mainly used to seal between door panels and door frames, and wool strips are mainly used to seal between frames and leaves. Sealing strips play an important role in waterproofing, sealing, and energy saving in plastic steel doors and windows, bridge cut aluminum doors and windows, as well as wooden doors and windows. They provide sound insulation, dust prevention, frost resistance, and warmth retention. It must have strong tensile strength, good elasticity, as well as relatively good temperature resistance and aging resistance. In order to ensure the fastening between the rubber strip and the profile, the cross-sectional structural dimensions of the rubber strip must match the plastic steel door and window profiles.
